Hello, |
I believe art has the power to change the way we experience our everyday lives.
It can transform a room into a place that feels like home.
Preserve the people and memories we treasure.
Or simply remind us to slow down, notice beauty and reconnect with our own creativity.
That's why I paint.

My Creative Journey
Born and raised on the picturesque banks of the Vaal River in South Africa, I grew up in a creative family where making and imagining were simply part of everyday life. From an early age, I was encouraged to explore colour, creativity and the beauty of the natural world—something that continues to inspire my work today.
Surrounded by rivers, birds, flowers and wide open spaces, I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between people, nature and the emotions that shape our lives. Those early influences still find their way into my paintings, whether I'm creating a mural, a portrait or an original artwork.
My creative journey led me to Pretoria, where I studied at Open Window, refining both my technical skills and my understanding of how art can transform a space, preserve a memory and tell a meaningful story.
Today, I create from my peaceful studio in Pretoria, where the sounds of birds, chickens and goats are part of my daily soundtrack. It's here that ideas take shape, colours come alive and each commission begins with a conversation about the feeling my clients hope to bring into their homes, businesses or lives.
My work has been featured in the publications Journeyman by Helena Hettema and Siel-Spasie by Ine de Vries, celebrating contemporary South African creativity and artistic expression.
I'm continually exploring new ways of working with colour, texture and storytelling, inspired by flowers, nature, the feminine and the quiet moments that often become life's most meaningful memories.
Whether I'm transforming a wall, painting a cherished portrait or guiding someone through a creative workshop, my hope is always the same: to create art that brings more joy, beauty and connection into everyday life.
